The results of an evening of labour at the LOCANDA MONTALTO restaurant in San Miniato. After bothering their chef Paolo Fiaschi for several weeks, this famous Tuscan Chef has agreed to have me help in his kitchen, learn the tricks of modern Tuscan Cuisine, so I can share them with you!
